Privacy policy
The short version: we use what you send to quote and do your tree work, and nothing else.
What this site collects
If you fill in the quote form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email address if you gave one, the property or town, the service you picked and your description of the job. If you call, text or email instead, we have whatever that message contains.
The site also loads a basic visit-measurement script so the business can see how many people reach the site and which pages they read. It records ordinary technical information such as the page visited, the referring link, and general device and browser details. It is not used to identify you personally.
What it is used for
- Getting back to you about the job you asked about
- Quoting, scheduling and carrying out the work
- Keeping a record of what was quoted and done
Your details are not sold, rented or handed to anyone for marketing. We do not send bulk marketing email.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, images are delivered by a third-party media service, and the map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Those providers necessarily process technical request data, such as IP addresses, in the course of serving the page. Anything you send through the form reaches the business inbox and phone.
Texts and calls
Giving us your phone number means we may call or text you about your enquiry and your job. That is it — no marketing blasts. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as they are useful for the business and for any tax or dispute reason. If you want your details deleted, ask — email lifelawn@gmail.com or call (817) 966-5269 and it gets done.
Cookies
This site does not run advertising cookies. The measurement script and the embedded map may set or read basic storage in your browser to work correctly. Your browser settings control that, and blocking it does not stop the site from working.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page.
